Customer Service and building security.
Serve as an Operations Assistant operating as a central point contact for the Mission Command Center, MCC, concerning all phases of in/
out processing of the MCC and outlying USAREUR Headquarters facilities. Ensures facility physical security is maintained at all times in
accordance with the MCC standard operating procedures. Provide efficient and expeditious service and access to Soldiers, Civilians, and
other visitors in a courteous and professional manner. Prepare processing control and suspense documentation, record transactions and
activities in appropriate office logs. Use computer equipment and joint security processing software applications, establish communication
with linked organizations requiring the clearing of personnel. Issue appropriate access control documentation. Maintain center files and
records in accordance with established filing systems and procedures. Provides liaison support and escort detail to facilitate the entry and
work performed by contractors and other uncleared personnel in the MCC. Assists in the coordination of contractor work schedules so that
escort and security are maintained at all times. Provides information, guidance, and procedural instructions to all personnel visiting or
calling the MCC Reception Area.
