Punctuality & Attendance Rae is punctual and always attends
rehearsals.
Readiness to Work Rae is always ready to work with her
hair tied up and jewellery off to make
sure she does not injure herself.
Communication with other company
members during the rehearsal
Rae communicates well with other
group members and pitches lots of
ideas for choreography.
Focus and attitude during the rehearsal Rae is very focused and has a positive
attitude towards the Matilda dance
rehearsals.
Ability to take on board feedback from
other company members and use it to
improve own work
Rae is not the best at taking feedback
from others in regards to dance as she
often takes on a leader roll in our
rehearsals. But when feedback is given
she does apply it.

From this peer observation I will make sure to be better at taking on feedback from my
peers and applying it to my work, and I will continue to set a good example of being on time,
punctual and warmed up fully ready to give 100% to every rehearsal.
