• Research found that smart phone addiction has higher amount of the Gamma
Aminobutyric Acid (GABA), the neurotransmitter that slows the signal in the brain
and results anxiety ,depression, tiredness ,severe insomnia.
• The overuse of the smart phone cause the brain become desensitized to dopamine
the neurotransmitter which is related to learning, memory ,motivation and
pleasure.
