Project: Design & Build Network Control Center & Theater communication Facilities, U S
Airforce Base. (June 2013 to Dec 2014)
Summary: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Middle East District awarded a
contract for the theater communication f
acility and network control center in Southwest Asia on May 2. The award went to
FNG-PAT JV LLC of Detroit, Mich., for $9.9 million. This project
supports U.S. Air Force operations in the region. Its work includes
designing and constructing facilities for use by U.S. forces, performing
engineering activities for other U.S. government and foreign agencies,
and providing operations and maintenance services for various
customers.
Key Result Areas
 Preparation of Bill of quantities and detailed estimates for electrical &
mechanical works systems.
 Manage project schedules and budgets, and obtain permits for operations.
 Make engineering calculations in connection with field and office
assignments.
 Investigate problems and recommend solutions.
 Ensure coordination of the interfaces of all disciplines, subcontractors,
clients & consultant
 Directing, organizing and controlling project activities, under the

3. Project: Design, Construction and Maintenance of fit out of Luxury Beach Club & Spa at QATAR
(Dec 2014 to July 2016)
Summary: Katara-Projacts awarded a contract for the Luxury Beach Club &
Spa at katara on May 2015. The award went to PAT Engineering
W.L.L, for 178 million QAR. It is included 7 Star Beach Club,
Hotels, indoor & outdoor swimming pool & SPA.it is design by
StudioHBA, USA and PMC is Projacts group and CMC is the
KEO International.
Key Result Areas
The project consists of the design, supply and installation, setting to work, testing, commissioning
and operation of the complete services installations
o Ensure all MEP Work like Main MV/LV Distribution, HVAC System, Fire Fighting System,
Child Water Piping, Containment, General and Emergency Lighting, Small Power, Telecoms
and Data Wiring, CCTV, Access Control, Security, Public Address System, Audio Visual
Equipment, Assistance and Staff Panic Alarms, Lightning Protection complete in accordance
with the requirements of the Project Documentation.
o Prepare all shop-drawing based on specification requirement and design requirement.
o Preparation of Material Submittal as per the based on latest manufacturer's published Data.
o Obtain drawing approvals from consultants for execution of work.
o Investigate problems and recommend solutions for ongoing projects.
o Coordinated projects with other departments, contractors and consultants.
o Preparation of As-built drawings and documentations for the projects.
