Recruitment:
Screening CVs and maintaining an effective pool and database through the internet, employment fairs.
Interview candidates over the phone and invite them for face-to-face interview if they passed the phone interview.
Make a final short list with the perfect calibers and set appointments with the HR manager to do the final interviews.
Handling all inquiries via the HR telephone line.
Supervise and monitor the admin after logging all the applications to make it as a reference of our history.
