As a Graphic Artist, I designed custom art for apparel. My tasks included researching and recreating
artwork used in screen printing, and designing and producing graphics for vinyl.
2004‐2010 Marketing Design Artist, Yellowbook, Cedar Rapids, IA
As a Marketing Design Artist, I created and used templates in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe
InDesign, and designed sales aids by working closely with the sales team. I implemented
procedures to improve usability and provide higher quality products.

As a Graphic Design Artist, I designed various ads for the yellow pages, including typesetting. I
also recreated and edited provided graphics.

During my internship, I designed logos, packaging and promotional materials for brands
including Red Goose and Tige. I also assisted art directors, copywriters and graphic designers by
researching, mounting, taking photographs and assembling marketing kits.
