A native of Poland, Rafal Maziarz immigrated to the United States in 1996; over the course of the following 10 years, he worked his way up from the position of dishwasher to that of award-winning sales manager. Shortly after arriving in the United States, Mr. Maziarz set about earning a high school diploma from Clifton High School, located in Clifton, New Jersey. At the same time, Rafal Maziarz perfected his English-language skills by taking courses at Wagner College, on Staten Island, New York. Soon after his arrival in the United States, Rafal Maziarz became a dishwasher at North American Lobster Company, a New Jersey-based restaurant.
