Customization of BML ICBS Core Banking System and Juris Loan Management System based on BSN’s
user requirements. This is a Core Banking Replacement Program (CRP) mooted by BSN to enhance their
Core Banking System by embracing the current internet technology to improve their banking services.
 Assigned to BSN CRP project as PMO Consultant to assist BSN CRP Program Director.
 Prepare slide presentation for CEO updates, Sponsor updates and Deputy CEO
(Corporate Support) updates in regards to CRP project overall status and issues for
management decision.
 Assisting Program Director in the preparation of Management Paper for CEO approval
on the engagement of Core Banking experts that include the Central Planners and Test
Administrators services.
 Perform advisory role to PMO team in areas of Project Risk Management and Project
Monitoring and Control.

Role PMO for TATA Consultancy Services (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd.
To establish a formal governance regimen, create SOA Governance Vision & Strategy, Solution and
leverage the chosen SOA Governance products to the fullest to implement SOA governance in the
enterprise-wide for Telekom Malaysia Berhad.
 Perform duties as PMO in TM-SOA Governance Project.
 Coordinate project tasks & workshop sessions with TM-SOA stakeholders.
 Assist TCS (Tata Consultancy Services) Project Manager to execute project tasks &
preparation of relevant project reports that include Weekly Progress Status Report and
Monthly Project Status Report.
 Maintain centralised repository for all relevant documents inclusive of documents
received from TM-SOA stakeholders e.g. IFA documents, TM SOA Architecture diagram,
etc.
 Maintain Risk Log & Action Item Log in a standard RAID (Risk, Action, Issue, and
Decision) Log.
 Perform administrative works onsite and coordinate meeting schedule with TM-SOA PMO

Remuneration
Between RM 10,000 to RM 15,000 per month. (Negotiable).
(I am open for contract basis as well as full-time employment).
