The NSW Electoral Commission has identified the need for a Roll Management System (RMS) which will
underpin its enrolment function as both the Electoral Commission and its electors’ expectations move forward.
The preference is a flexible, responsive and cost efficient systemto ensure legislative responsibilities within the
enrolment jurisdiction can be met without reliance on other agencies for critical functions.

Responsibilities
Primary role is to ensure that proper testing occurs for all releases into the managed environments.
Identifies impacts of new releases or release changes on application.
Coordinate actions to handle non-technical aspects of releases such as training and communicating
release status to business units as needed.
Accountable for tracking defects through Microsoft Test Manager Tool.
Works closely with the Test Manager to:
Review releases and assign appropriate release testing tasks
Compile and Review the Testing Deliverables.
Involved in Smoke, Functional and Sanity testing.
Involved in writing and reviewing functional test cases.
