 Plant Technical Support:
 Monitoring Day to day plant performance and product quality. Analysis & troubleshooting by
recommended Design modification through a well developed sketches,

 Diagnosis the health of complete plant Cooling tower, ETP.
 Process Planning & Development: Developing commercialisation of the process based on Lab/pilot
trials conducted jointly with R&D. Identifying any effects and making changes for final scale up.

AUTOCAD-2011.

1. Commissioning of Multi Effect Evaporator Fluidised Bed Dryer (140 TPD).
2. Commissioned Sodium Nitrite (Reaction and Absorption Section) plant (60 TPD, Project cost-50
Crore).
3. Prepared detailed documents of EHN (Ethoxy Hexanol- Cetane Number Improver)- Commissioned
at 60TPD.
4. Prepared Basic and Detailed engineering documents and Commissioned MAHCL expansion Project
from 75 TPM to 100 TPM ( Liquid 30%).
5. Prepared Basic and Detailed engineering documents and Commissioned MAHCL solid 100 TPM
(Liquid 100%).
6. Ortho Nitro Toluene Distillation Column Revamped Proposal and its Implementation.( Steam
Economy and Productivity improved ( 1.0 MT/MT to 1.5 MT/MT).
7. Three Stage Evaporator (Sodium Sulfate) and ETP Proposal.
Plant Improvement
1 . Static mixer installation with Instrumentation for Caustic batch Preparation.
2 . Trap Vessel Installation in Ortho Nitro toluene Reboiler Steam line, Nitrite plant to Save Steam loss.
3. Pilot trial and Commercial Implementation of Atmospheric to vacuum system (Educator system) for
MAHCL Product to improve forward and Back-word process.
4. Organic recovery from using Co laser.
5. Steam recovery of whole plants with the help of Constalant.
Pilot Project with Coordination R& D Dept.
1. Sodium Nitrite free flowing trial in 1.6 kl Agitated Reactor, Centrifuge, and FBD.- Batch mode
