• Coordinates regularly with the Project Control Engineer for budget monitoring and materials
requisitions.
• Maintains communication with other Project Supervisors to update present location of during
day to day activities and special operations.
• Recommends to the Project Manager if a certain area of operation requires additional personnel
or crews to insure that all clients’ requirements are met as per Contract Agreement.
• Trains and orients new project hired employees with the basic guidelines and procedures in
order to prepare them before deployment to respective assignments.
• Initiates management action in formulation of new personnel and other management policies,
and administers such established policies with respect to the employees within the element
and/or initiates action involving hiring, transfers, suspensions, recall, discharge, assignments,
promotions, reclassifications, merit ratings, salary increases, including disciplinary action in

• Inspection of electrical, instrument local panels, control panels, cabinets, and junction boxes.
• Inspect (Ultrasonic Testing, Radiography Testing, Magnetic Particle Testing, Liquid Penetrant
Testing and Visual Inspection) of Pipes according to Code’s and Standard’s.
• Thorough studying of drawing codes standards & specification.
• Verify the pipelines are connected to skid-to-skid wise as per P&ID copy. Checking to piping
loop wisely as per P&ID.

• Inspection of raw materials & clearance (IMIR).
