 Looking after the staff requirement and plan the roster as per the business requirement and allocation and monitor daily performance
of the staff and ensures compliance with the time table.
 Responsible for conducting daily briefing before the operation starts. Supervise staff in consistently fair and firm manner. Maintain
steady productivity through close observation and provide them direction.
 Consistently recommend action necessary for the staff discipline, termination and promotion and monitor their attendance and notice
all absence patterns and bring them into the management attention.
 Maintenance of the daily records which are required to inform staff about the department efficiency and inventory management and
requisition item needed to meet par stock level and ensuring their effective usage with absolute controlled way.
 Responsible for the training of the newly joined staff to train them about food and beverage standard operating procedure and
practices established by management.
 Maintain professional appearance as per the standards and display team building skill and always handle all assignment with positive
and enthusiastic manner.
 Work efficiently and effectively with other department and consistently demonstrate ability to solve problem at this level.
 Responsible for making guest history and their records. Precious suggestion for the quality improvement.
