Ruishi Far East Ltd is an Apparel and Fabric export company
engaged in the production and export of Ladies and Men’s
casual and fashion wear and fabrics for over 10 year and
established itself as one of the trusted production& business
partner in the region.
With the registered office in Hong Kong, we have our own
production controlling office in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province
of mainland China as well as in Bangladesh.
With the advanced management concept, strict quality control
and assurance system, well-organized logistics, we are able
to manufacture quality merchandise and timely delivery, and
put Ruishi Far East Ltd., as a preferred production partner for
its clients.
We believe in the concept that the reasonable price, quality
and delivery date stands out in today's striving economy and
that's why Ruishi stands much ahead of other vendors from

Fabrics
We specialize in sourcing different kinds of fabrics. We provide in-depth analysis, forecasting, design
development, testing, factory auditing, vendor accreditation and inspection facilities to our clients. We
also offer a comprehensive range of technical and non technical services for the entire cycle from
conception to procurement of goods.
T/R suiting fabrics, Rayon solids and prints, Laces ,Wool & Wool blends, Linen and Linen blends, Nylon, Polyester, etc..
Silk and Silk blends: Solid, printed and yarn dyed dupplon silk, habotal, crepe, georgette, chiffon etc..

Ruishi Far East Ltd is using the four following definitions for inspections:
• Fabric inspection, supplier’s responsibility.
• Initial inspection, must always be conducted.
• In-line inspection, important to ensure the quality standard but can be excluded in certain cases, e g quick production.
• Final inspection, must always be conducted when all the goods is finished and packed.
The final inspection shall be based on AQL, MIL-STD 105.
(The quality level for each specific order will be stated in the inquiry or in the order.)
RFEL is using two following definitions for quality testing:
External lab institutes for testing of production samples.
In-house wash tests of production bulk.
Fabric inspection:
It is the Ruishi (RFEL) supplier’s responsibility to ensure good fabric/yarn quality in the finished product. Supplier shall follow the 4-
point system ASTM D5430 and present the result to PO.
Initial inspection:
An inspection that takes place when the production has just started is to ensure that everything is correct for smooth running of
production. Adjustments must be made before the bulk production can start.
A minimum of 3 pieces/sizes is to be checked during production to ensure that the products fulfil RFEL´s expectations and demands.
Approved measurement list, computer order, sealed counter sample and a test report must be available during inspection.
Important! It is not allowed to start production without any approved counter sample and approved lab test report.

Quality
COMPANY PROFILE
In-line inspection:
An inspection that takes place when the first part of the order has been produced,3 pieces/size are to be checked during production
to ensure that the products fulfil Ruishi's expectations and demands. Any adjustments from the Correction action inspection must
have been attended.
Approved measurement list, computer order, sealed counter sample and a test report must be available during inspection. Pay
attention to previous inspection reports.
Final inspection:
An inspection that takes place when the merchandise is completed packed and ready for shipment. The products shall be selected
at random, in all sizes and colours from all countries, to check quality, measurements and packing. For final check of
measurements follow “Measuring level” standard.
The inspections shall be based on AQL, MIL-STD 105 E (see below); it is a statistical random sampling system that indicates
Acceptable Quality Level for finished goods.
Approved (by RFEL) measurement list, computer order, sealed counter sample and test report must be available during inspection.
Pay attention to previous inspections.
A picture of the product must always be taken and filed together with the inspection report. All randomly inspected boxes must be
marked and signed on the shipping mark, point 10, by the Quality Assurer/Controller.
Note!
To ensure Ruishi’s quality all major problems that occur during an inspection must be informed to merchandiser or
team leader for an evaluation and action plan.
It might be required to send copies of the final inspection report to Ruishi’s head office. All records shall be kept for 6
months.

Quality-levels for RFEL orders
At Ruishi Far East Ltd we work with different quality-levels depending on what kind of
order to be inspected.
The defects are divided into two different types, major and minor.
The different defects are defined as follows:
Major defects: Faults or defects that are noticeable and can be seen by the costumer. These defects obviously reduce the
saleability, function, appearance and price of the product.
Minor defects: Faults or defects, which the costumer is only likely to discover after very careful inspection of the product. These
defects are never the less regarded as manufacturing faults.
Ruishi’s normal finish: AQL 2.5

How to evaluate (AQL)
3 minor equals 1 major
After inspection all major and minor defects shall be stated separately in the inspection report.
A combination of three minor defects, concentrated in the same critical area that is the upper front part of the garment, will be
treated as a major defect.

Measuring levels for Ruishi’s orders
At RFEL we work with different measuring-levels depending on what kind of order to be inspected. This is information on which
measuring-level we have decided to use for each kinds of orders.
The measurements must be within RFEL tolerances for production.
One garment in each size should be measured in all measurements on measurement list and the rest should be measured in
selected measurements that are marked on the document Tolerances for production.
