2. Gantt Chart

3. A Gantt chart is a useful graphical tool which shows
activities or tasks performed against time. It is also known
as visual presentation of a project where the activities are
broken down and displayed on a chart which makes it is
easy to understand and interpret.

5. Bar Graph
• A bar graph is a pictorial representation of numerical data in
which the independent variable is plotted against dependent
variable
• Most common is the vertical bar graph or column graph.
• In a vertical bar graph, values of the independent variable are
plotted along a horizontal axis from left to right.
• In a horizontal bar graph, the independent variable is plotted
along a vertical axis from the bottom up.
• Function values are shown as shaded or colored vertical bars
of equal thickness extending upward from the horizontal axis
to various heights.

6. Bar Graph
• The following are advantages of bar graph:
• Display relative numbers/proportions of
multiple categories.
• Summarize a large amount of data in a visual,
easily interpretable form.
• Make trends easier to highlight than tables do.
• Estimates can be made quickly and accurately.

8. Disadvantages of bar graph:
• often require additional explanation
• fail to expose key assumptions, causes,
impacts and patterns
• can be easily manipulated to give false
impressions
