 Direct the global e-business strategy and operations and oversee the implementations with
trading partners accounting for 70% of gross premiums.
 Represent XL Reinsurance at the ACORD and Rüschlikon forums to review changes in
standards to ensure alignment with changes in business processes.
 Implemented ACORD messaging integrating the accounting and claims systems supporting
straight-through processing all the way to posting GL and achieved 65% no-touch
processing in accounting and 80 % reduction in unallocated cash.

partnering with Deloitte.
 Drove capital management program (CMP) project to build a modeling platform in
collaboration with European actuaries and finance controllers to support the European
Solvency II regulatory requirements and internal risk management.

 Led the design and development of the ceded reinsurance system, focusing on
underwriting and back-office operations such as technical accounting, retrocessional claims
