Direct the global e-business strategy and operations and oversee the implementations with
trading partners accounting for 70% of gross premiums.
Represent XL Reinsurance at the ACORD and Rüschlikon forums to review changes in
standards to ensure alignment with changes in business processes.
Implemented ACORD messaging integrating the accounting and claims systems supporting
straight-through processing all the way to posting GL and achieved 65% no-touch

partnering with Deloitte.
Drove capital management program (CMP) project to build a modeling platform in
collaboration with European actuaries and finance controllers to support the European
Solvency II regulatory requirements and internal risk management.

Led the design and development of the ceded reinsurance system, focusing on
underwriting and back-office operations such as technical accounting, retrocessional claims
