2. Introduction
 Ramzi Khazen, an associate with McKool Smith,
P.C., in Austin, Texas. When he is not working,
Ramzi Khazen spends time participating in
activities with the Austin Cosmopolitan Rotary
Club (ACRC).
The ACRC spearheads projects for its members
on both a local and an international level. EarlyAct
FirstKnight (EAFK) is a local effort that focuses on
character education for students enrolled in the
Knights of the Guild program in elementary and
middle schools. The EAFK program is Rotary-
sponsored and promotes a service-oriented
mindset in children from a young age.

3. Austin Rotary
 The ACRC also works internationally,
providing clean water to people in Kenya
through a partnership with the nonprofit
organization Well Aware. Well Aware assesses
areas in need of water sources and
determines what the best solution is. These
solutions range from wells to pipelines flowing
