First job as Quality Responsable at North department of a caterer entreprise (1995-1996). Since there as been working as food safety consultor in many kind of food manufacturing enterprises (bakery, fish and meat industry, catering, wines, bakery ingredients, eggs, animal foods, snacks). Collaborated with several companies in the development and implementation of food safety systems in view of its certification by international standards (IFS, BRC Food, ISO 22000, HACCP Codex Alimentarius, DS 3027). Conducted several internal audits in the areas cited and followed others for granting certification audits.
