activity for at least half an hour at their
convenient time for 48 days with out fail
4. Follow the parental instructions manual for 48
days
5. Write at least 3 personal experiences per day
in your dairy and follow the same
continuously for 48 days
1. Avoid all junk foods which makes your brain
damage (for Eg., Maida,Sugar, milk products
and etc.,)
2. Avoid heavy intake of Oil, Masala and spicy
chats which weakens your sensory organs
3. Avoid negative thinking and talking and also
telling lies
