Job Responsibilities:-
 C-SAT – Customer Satisfaction by Speedy Service (Installation & Fault Repair).
 Internal Process – Service Monitoring at all Levels (Field/Application/Back end/Call center/ID Management).
 Projects – Speed of Installation & activation, win-back to churn customers, bad debt CPE recovery, Training campaign at
Manpower Location, quality of Installation with 0% Fault rate within 30 Days, Serve to sale (upgrading customer’s
product), ARP (Engaging to maximum customers into annual plan).
 Manpower and Channel Partner Optimization.
Field Service Management:-
 Desired quantity of quality Manpower engagement in every location on the basis of service requests flow.
 Random audits to know the level of Installation quality and product knowledge of engaged Manpower.
 Coordination with warehouse/Supply Chain management (SCM) for stock availability at channel partner to avoid the
escalations and prompt Customer service.
 Retailer and Free-lancer level engagement in Retention to maximum number of retention and reduce Churn, by this
activity churn reduced from >3% to <1% by effectively focused upon allocated base after segmentation of customers i.e.
installation within 6M, 6-12 M, >12M.
 Daily Morning Meeting for briefing of new services and to hear the problems and solutions
