more. They have a background in all things technical and possess every
keyword under the sun on their resume.
The hiring team wants an Engineer that has a business background with
experience managing 20 or more people in a group that exceeds $15mm.

We skip the keywords and silly jargon and target an Engineer that's come
up through the ranks, took their beating and is now setting the standard
