The Core Essence of the mission ‘’Reena Ram- LIVE THE EAGLE SPIRIT’’
‘’LIVE THE EAGLE SPIRIT MISSION’’ was born after undertaking close to four decades of ‘rock-solid’ and ‘holistic’
preparation by the Founder- Ms.Reena Ram. This Mission is all about practicing ‘’The Eagle Spirit Life & Leadership
Positive Principles’’ at the Organizational and Individual levels, across personal and professional spheres.
‘Eagles’ are visionaries and examples of exemplary leaders with principles, courage and conviction. An ‘Eagle’ uses
both ‘Intellect’ and ‘Intuition’ to soar to great heights! It is indeed a journey to do with enhancing the 'Leader' in you
whether you're already a current Business Leader or Leader in any other professional field, or you are an ‘Emerging
Leader’. The core essence is to sustain that 'Individuality in you’, whether you are a Business Corporation or any other

She has over a decade’s experience, in successfully formulating, leading and delivering Strategic Marketing Solutions
to large MNCs, Small and Mid-Sized Growing Companies with global footprint, across sectors. She possesses a good
understanding of global, diverse and complex business practices with a strong grip on: Strategic Marketing, Strategic
Analysis, International Marketing, Digital Marketing, Corporate Brand Management, Relationship Marketing, Event
Management, Market Research and Intelligence, Priority Account Management, Business Development/Corporate
Sales and Training & Development.
She has evolved in her career, through varied stints in: ‘Businessworld’ a renowned business magazine, People-One
Consulting which was a JP Morgan Funded Venture currently known as Adecco (a world leader in Human Resource
Workforce Solutions ), Grant Thornton (after the Big 4, the 5th largest U.S Accounting and Business Consulting Firm
as per Vault’s latest Accounting Firms Rankings), Ernst & Young and IonIdea (a Washington DC headquartered
Entrepreneurial IT and ITES Services company which was ranked in the early 21st century, as one of the fast growing
Inc 500 companies in the US).

3. As Associate Director-Marketing, at IonIdea she successfully proposed a strategic direction to the 23-year-old
company which was totally new to Marketing through a ‘Two-year Marketing Roadmap’ and initiated a well-accepted
elaborate ‘Brand Transformation Exercise’ as part of the Brand Re-vamp Exercise. She triumphantly led the
'Communications Excellence Initiative' which was declared by the Management, as one of the top two progressive
‘Excellence Drives’ in the company.
As Manager (current nomenclature: Associate Vice President)-Strategic Growth Markets, at Ernst & Young, she was
instrumental in promoting and achieving ‘select untapped global initiatives’ in the Indian Market. She propitiously
initiated and drove select ‘Entrepreneurial and Family Business Programs’ in India, as part of the overall ‘EMEIA
(Europe, Middle East, India and Africa) Strategic Growth Markets (SGM) Program. She provided a strategic direction
to the CEO’s Office through distinguished efforts with respect to the Accounts Program, Sector Program, Business
Units and overall Markets Operations in Ernst & Young India. She was awarded the ‘Sparkles Award’ at the pan-India
level in 2007, for outstanding achievement. She has been a catalyst in featuring the following clients in such prominent
initiatives and thereby enhancing their global brand mileage: Allcargo, Avantha Group, GMR Group, Murugappa
Group.
As Assistant Manager-Corporate Advisory Services & Marketing, at Grant Thornton she delved deep into several
‘Research and Market Intelligence Projects’, ‘Business Consulting & Business Strategy Assignments’, ‘Business
Development Initiatives’ and ‘Marketing and Brand Building Efforts’. In a short span of time, she attained two
promotions. She has worked on Research Reports for Indian and International clients on different sectors such as the
‘Indian Healthcare Sector’, ‘Indian Oil & Gas Sector’, ‘Indian Retail Sector’, ‘Indian Aviation Sector’ and more. As part
of Grant Thornton’s Dealtracker Team she worked on thought leadership reports pertaining to Mergers and
Acquisitions and Private Equity deals. One such popular and specialized Survey Report released by Grant Thornton’
was: ‘Corporate India’s voice on: The M&A and Private Equity Scenario 2006’.She developed several Marketing
Collaterals for the Corporate Advisory Practice and has effectively conceptualized and organized Conferences and
Events on topical issues related to M&A, Private Equity and Tax Advisory Services .
She also had a brief ‘Entrepreneurial stint’ in the early stages of her career where she was part of the Founding
Member team of a ‘Soft-Skills Training Organization called Inquest Foundation’. She played a key role in
conceptualizing the company and created a new brand ‘Vidyarthi Vardhan’ for the students from the Technology
fraternity. She swimmingly conducted a workshop on ‘Interpersonal Skills’ by incorporating the Huthwaite’s SPIN
Selling technique for over 150 senior academicians.
In a Business Development Role at Adecco she promoted the services of People-one Consulting and positioned it as
a one-stop platform for Recruitment, Flexi-staffing, Corporate Training Solutions. She effectively created a new
premier client pipeline across different sectors with large and medium Indian and MNC clients.
In a Corporate Sales Role at Businessworld Magazine she handled ‘Feature Sales’ during the 2001 recession and
contributed to the release of : Bangalore PLUS Supplement, Placement Consultants Directory, Banking Feature,
Logistics Feature, Executive Stress Busters, BWoman- Businessworld Women's Special, Power Sector Feature,
Executive Education Feature and Executive Home Loans. She worked with key clients: Mysore Sales International
Limited (MSIL), Karnataka Power Corporation Limited (KPCL), Oysterbay, Tanishq, Corporation Bank, Canara Bank.

She was a ‘Visiting Business Faculty’ at ICFAI Business School and at Wigan & Leigh College of Advertising in Bangalore.

Her ‘’Creative & Sports Endeavors’’
On completing her formal Business Education and stepping into her first corporate role, in the Media industry, through
a reliable source associated with the Southern Television and Film Industry (in Karnataka), she was presented with the
opportunity to explore ‘’Films or Television’’ as an actor. This industry was scouting for ‘’new faces for lead roles’’
sometime between 2001-2003. She strongly believed that she did not resonate with being a ‘’mass icon’’ in
‘’mainstream kannada cinema’’ and hence, she made a choice to explore ‘’theatre as a thinking artist and also to learn
it’s use as part of creative art therapy’’. She realized pretty early in life that, her ‘’deeper calling’’ had to do with
touching the lives of an ‘’evolving niche audience/ critical mass’’. She intuitively knew that she would integrate
‘’creative art & spirituality’’ with her entrepreneurial calling at the ‘’right time’’. The time has arrived after a 13 year
long, rich journey of varied experiences, since 2003, and it has taken shape through the ‘’LIVE THE EAGLE SPIRIT
MISSION’’.
She brought laurels at the district and state levels predominantly during her academic years in: Hindustani Classical
Vocal (awarded State Level Certification) and gave few vocal recitals in last few years
 She has been awarded in Tabla, a Senior Diploma from ‘Bangya Sangeet Parishad’ Certification received in
2015) and participated in competitions as a child and given live performances as an adult
 She was awarded in Belly Dance (Beginners Level Certification received from ‘International Dance Council’,
UNESCO in 2014)
 She successfully completed ‘Theatre Workshops’ and was actively involved in ‘Playback Theatre’ (part of the
worldwide Playback Theatre International Network) which is also used as a creative arts therapy to work with
children and adults with mental illness or other special needs or in case of getting breakthroughs with
traumatic experiences. This form of theatre can also be used to gain different mental, emotional, physical and
spiritual breakthroughs in the field of Education, Leadership, in Business and many other spheres of life
 She was also part of ‘Contemporary Theatre’ and a disciple of the ‘Misf!t –Ratan Thakore Grant’s Studio for
Acting’.
 During her formative years till her early teens she was trained in Bharatanatyam Dance and used to give stage
performances
 She has been trained in martial art (Karate) from her early teens till her late teens. She was awarded in Kata
and Spiring Championships and reached the senior rank of grade(3 levels closer to the Black Belt) with
International Certifications
 In the field of Art & Painting she was awarded a National Level Diploma with Distinction at the age of 11 from
one of India’s prominent Art Institutes-Santhanu’s Chitra Vidyalayam, Chennai
 As part of the Bharat Scouts and Guides Movement she was awarded the Rajyapuraskar/ State level Award
 She has authored articles in niche academic journals such as ‘Dynamism Insignia’, the college magazine of
‘SDM College of Business Management’, ‘IBS-Business Leader’, the newsletter of ‘ICFAI Business School’ and

Her ‘’Spiritual Pursuits’’ (Secular and not about Religion)
In her words, ''Life is a school chosen by my soul to be experienced in human form. Hence it is of prime importance
that, I remain an eternal student for my holistic growth and breakthroughs to manifest in every area of my life. Well,
it doesn't stop right there as, this deep rooted revelation and real life experiences and testimonies inspire me to spread
this energy and experience to more human lives and watch them feel fulfilled through the different stages of their
growth journey ''.
She believes that ‘’Spiritual Evolution’’ is nothing but nurturing one’s ‘’Inner Creative Spirit Self’’ without which one
cannot aspire to accomplish a sense of fulfillment in different areas of one’s life.
In terms of her ‘Spiritual Pursuits ’, she was certified with Second Degree Reiki from Usui Shiki Ryoho Practice, trained
in Cosmic Consciousness Meditation Techniques. She pursues and practices Angel Therapy, Yoga, Nicherian Buddhism
and other secular practices aligned with different religions. She has also delved into the study and application of
‘Quantum Physics’ which is the ‘Science of Spirituality’ and she continues to experiment and apply the ‘power of
Quantum Physics’ in her life and spreads this knowledge and application to others as well.
As part of her spiritual journey, during her formative years she contributed to the field of social work on platforms
like-HelpAge India, Indian Leprosy Association. In 2014, she was actively involved in the ‘Belly Dance Fraternity’s
Charity Projects in Bangalore’ which supported initiatives for the Old Age Homes and Orphanages and promoted Art
from a social cause perspective.
In conclusion
Her endeavor is to continue to be a learner with respect to different fields that contribute to ‘’Human Evolution,
Revolution and Transformation’’ and to be a ‘Courageously Creative Life & Leadership Coach, Spiritual Guide &
Mentor’ and touch as many lives as possible.
