This letter is in reference to Reinhard Herding. I have had the pleasure and honor
of knowing Reinhard Herding since January of 2007. I first met him as a client at
Precision Tune Auto Care in Knoxville, TN and was struck by his outgoing personality.
As our relationship continued, I soon learned of his ability with computers and operating
systems. As time went on, I have used him to correct errors in our network as well as
work with our out of state IT department to correct issues that we have had on a local
level. I have always been pleased with the services that he has provided me, as well as
impressed with the professionalism and honesty that he brings as well.
