Job Responsibilities:-
Payroll Management
• Salary / Compensation structuring for new joinees & existing employees
• Responsibility of monthly end to end payroll processing, including verification of input
and output. Validate input with master file input validation and processing.
• Co-ordinate with Clients to obtain timely new joinee, resignee, status changes
information every month, check for discrepancies & ensure timely correct
disbursement of salary.
• Preparing payment report Bank Upload (Salary upload format).
• Prepare reconciliation salary Pay head wise Gross salary and net salary part to
previous month to current month salary register and Tax register.
• Preparing reports for payment of statutory dues including TDS, Prof. Tax, Provident
fund, ESIC etc.
• Keep informed about changes in tax and deduction laws that apply to the payroll
process
• Handling salary related issues/grievance
• Preparing reports required by the Client such as Departmentwise reports,
Locationwise PT report, variance report, comparative payroll summary.
• Processing Full & Final settlement of resigned employee.
Employees Vendor Management
• Involves coordinating with the Clients for necessary joining and exit formalities in
respective outsourced employees.
• Co-ordinate with various department to obtain timely new joinee, resignee, status
changes information every month, check for discrepancies & ensure timely correct
disbursement of salary to each of the outsourced employee.
Labour Law Compliance
• Licensing & Registration under Shops & Estt Act, Contract Labour, PF, ESIC and PT
Act.
• Assisting in generating Consulting Agreement of clients.
• Filing monthly, half yearly, quarterly and Annual Returns to the respective Govt
Authority within due date and maintenance of Register and records under Various
Labour Law Acts on behalf of our clients.
• Timely submission of ESI, PF, PT and MLW Fund to the respective Govt Authority of
our clients.
• Responsible for Vendor record Audit in r/o of various statutory compliance on behalf of
clients.
• Processing PF claims/PF Transfer of left employees on behalf of our clients.
