Profile:
I am originally trained in business economics and graduated as a
chartered accountant. I have several years' experience as business
controller, financial manager and financial director in production
enterprises and have broad (international) experience in managing
various disciplines in the public and private sectors.
In the role of external and internal auditor, I worked for the
government and listed companies. I give lectures and training in
risk management, administrative, information management and
internal control including as assistant professor at Nyenrode
Business University and a core teacher at NCOI business school.
Specialties:
 Redesigning and implementing business processes and
enhance internal control.
 Developing a Business Control Framework with key
controls for internal control and conduct audits using this
framework.
 Setting up a planning and control cycle and the translation
of policy into financial and non-financial indicators and
implementation of Management Information Systems.
 Good knowledge of IFRS and familiar with ERP applications
(SAP, Oracle and Baan), MS Excel, MS Word and MS Acces.
