symptoom: Dead, only red LED flashes first once, then twice.
Oplossing 1: [Transistors 7005 und 7006 blown. 18V supply voltage is low]. Replace IC7001 (MC34067P).
Oplossing 2: Replace C2524 (47uF/16V) next to IC7650, C2508 and C2465 (100uF/16V both) and C2058 (1uF/250V).

symptoom: No start-up. LED switches between red/green. Relay slightly clicks.
Oplossing: Check electrolytic capacitor 2S17 (22uF/50V) on the right upper side, below heatsink in standby PSU for capacity loss.

Oplossing: [SMD capacitors in PSU replaced. Fuse 1005 (750mA) replaced]. Replace SMD electrolytic capacitors 2508, 2053 and IC7001
(MC3406P).

Oplossing: Replace SMD capacitor C2508 (100uF/16V). Also check other capacitors for low ESR.

Oplossing 1: [Error code 6]. Check impedance of diode 6U23 at STANDBY/AUDIO board. If this value is between 150R and 200K, replace
diode.
Oplossing 2: [No standby volts]. Replace fuse 1P03 on underside of AUX supply PCB, on right hand side.
Oplossing 3: [Error code 2]. Check capacitor 2508 (100uF/16V) on PSU board (PSU2K5).

Oplossing: Replace C8059 and C8060 (3300uF/10V) on bottom-middle of power supply unit.

Oplossing: [IC7001 replaced]. Replace capacitors 2053, 2009 and 2016.

Oplossing: Replace capacitors 2113 (220uF/25V), 2133 (22uF/50V), 2205 (4.7uF/35V), 2465 (100uF/16V), 2058 (1uF/25V), 2052
(47nF), 2053 (22uF/35V), 2009 and 2016 (2.2uF/50V both).

Oplossing 1: [Fuse blown. Chopper transformer and drive IC S/C]. Replace PSU board.
Oplossing 2: Replace 7P27 (TEA1506), 7P02 (STP6NK60Z) and fuse 1P03.
Oplossing 3: Replace 7S10, TEA1533AT, 7S03, TCET1102G, 2S17 (22uF/50V).
Oplossing 4: [No 5V]. Replace TNY256P (7500).
Oplossing 5: Replace R004 (10R/5W) in the standby PSU.
Oplossing 6: [No 5V]. Replace D8014.
Oplossing 7: [Fuse F8005 blown]. Check smoothing capacitors (220uF/450V) for arcing to chassis (remove to check), in PSU.
