And they’d be starting to get scared…if I don’t get it, I’m going to be left behind
And we’d be like future future shiny tech tech mobile social
And we want to do things cheaper
In a world where there’s only ever going to be more information, more new technologies, more demands on our time, organisational clarity will enable us to focus on the main thing.
And the main thing is to keep the main thing the main thing!
We should be ruthlessly
One thing you can’t do is make more hours in the day.
So you must be ruthless about how you spend your precious time and resources.
If we kept the main thing the main thing, all our big change stuff – whether social business, or transformational engagement, or global mobility strategies would work. They currently work a bit, but could be a helluva a lot bigger, better, faster and cheaper.
We must’nt waste our time
Strategic clarity and alignment enables us to get the greatest outcome from the smallest amount of effort and resources.
