We are management consultants specialising in change and leadership and are a creative bunch. Started in 1997 and we have now helped transform both huge companies (and smaller ones) as well as many public services - they tend to go on and win awards - and stay in business! There are four directors and as well helping my clients make light work of achieving their missions, I also develop our leading-edge tools and products. I get a buzz out of coaching senior business leaders faced with the biggest challenges - about their own careers as well as their organisation's improvement journey. And I go out of my way to coach and consult on ethics and decision-making.
