STANDARD PROCEDURES OF APPLYING LOAN
1ST Step
· Fill Up Application Form, and indicate your preference if you want your loan proceeds to
be deposited in your BDO-ATM acct. or you want check under your name
2nd Step
· For GENERAL LOAN inquire first to CHE PAILAGAO for your maximum loanable
amount and let MAEBELLE NABUA for payroll sign first before the credit committee
· For offsetting of loan; check your loan balance at ERNA BENEDCTO Or MARILYN
ACURAM ( credit committee members)
3rd Step
· Have it approve by any of two (2 )Credit Committee Officer, and payroll in-charge
4th Step
· Once approved, just leave your application form in the black tray beside Maebelle’s
table
5th Step
· Get your check at Erna or check your ATM
6th Step
· Spend your money WISELY 
Note: to offset loan; member must ask assessment of loan balance from the credit committee to
make it sure that amount to be deposited is correct.
STANDARD SCHEDULE OF LOAN RELEASING:
If you submit on:
from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 n.n. WITH COMPLETE SIGNATURES
Releasing will be on the THE SAME DAY @ 1:00 PM for the Check for ATM approximately
by 3:00 PM
If you submit after cut-off time
Loan will be process the next day and will be released on the same day
Loan concerns will be entertained DAILY but better on the AFTER NOON.
This scheduled is made in order not to hamper our work as will as the business operation of
PARASAT.
This policy doesn’t apply for EMERGENCY CASES.
