  1. SMB FACING: Social media management can be hard. You need a constant stream of relevant and engaging posts across all social networks. You need a way to manage multiple social accounts from one spot without taking too much time. Not to mention, in this day and age it’s more than just having being present on these networks. You need to have the ability to build fans, find customers, and engage with the community. Wouldn’t it be nice if there was a tool where you could do just this from one location? Question: How many social networks are you currently posting too? What are your strategies for building fans, finding customers, and engaging with the community?
  2. SMB FACING: Social Marketing is a social media management tool powered by the Vendasta platform. Social Marketing allows you to schedule and post to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Google My Business. Saving you valuable time and money. It provides you with the ability to easily respond to customers, generate real leads and collaborate with clients or co-workers easier than ever before.
  3. SMB FACING: When users enter Social Marketing they will land on the Social Marketing dashboard. From here, users can see an overview of account activity, compose a post, or connect an additional account. Users can also view Scheduled Posts, Top Posts, or Customer Posts for further details about the items on the dashboard. This will take them to the respective sections within the Social Marketing product. This tab is a great way to understand exactly what needs your attention in the product.
  4. SMB FACING: Want to build fans of your business? We’ve got you covered. What’s one of the most important steps to creating an engaging social strategy? Creating the posts! This is the Social Marketing composer, filled with everything you need to make amazing posts. Select which networks you’d like to post to, and begin drafting your post. Choose to add emojis, links, or a post from your connected RSS feed. Make the post more engaging by adding media! Upload your own images, or choose from our free image library for both still images and GIFs. Last step? Choose to schedule the post for a later date or post immediately.
  5. SMB FACING: Within the My Posts tab you are able to access your recent, scheduled, and drafted posts. You can also choose to view them in calendar mode. These tabs give you a great understanding of what has recently gone out to your social networks and what is coming next.
  6. SMB FACING: Engage with the community through Customer Posts! The Customer Posts tab is where you’ll find any comments or posts that followers have made on your connected social networks. You can choose to either dismiss the comment or respond to it. Only looking for Facebook comments? Easily filter through networks or by date through a filter panel.
  7. SMB FACING: Find customers with the leads tab! Search for leads on Twitter by creating targeted lead searches. This searches are extra qualified because Twitter only searches from within a 25 mile radius. So you don’t have to worry about getting a lead in a different city or area! Select keywords or phrases to include in your search. Once you find a qualified lead, easily respond through the product.
  8. SMB FACING: Question: Do you ever have trouble finding content to post? Building Fans is easy with the content tab! Easily find content your followers will love and instantly share it to them. Within this tab you can either input your own RSS feed or search through a list of industry specific feeds.
  9. SMB FACING: Question: Do you have a hard time accurately tracking and understanding how your posts are doing on social? Posting to social doesn’t mean anything if you can’t properly track how your posts are performing. Within the insights tab you’ll be able to do just that! Click to see an overview of followers, specific post performance on all your connected networks, and to see how your links have been performing.
