I have a great deal of respect for Rita. She has strengthened our team and has added such
great value during her time with Playtex. Due to budget-related constraints associated
with our new team structure, Rita unfortunately does not have an opportunity to move to
a full-time salaried position with our team. She will be sorely missed and would be a
