FRISS | fraud, risk & compliance is hiring people from abroad since early 2015. We employ people from the EU and elsewhere, the so called Highly Skilled Migrants. We shared our positive experiences with other ICT companies in a workshop for Nederland ICT, the ICT branche organization in the Netherlands.

Information available on the website gave me enough information to make that initial commitment to apply.
First interview went on for 1.5 hours and was very relaxed and good vibes all around.
2 skype interviews, 1 flight over to visit the office gave both sides the chance to see how we would mesh together while working. After the first day at the office, I knew this is where I wanted to be.
With never being a flight, not being able to speak or read Dutch, and no family or friends here. Why not?! :P
You have a very beautiful country, plus the concept of driving to a new country Utrecht, Leiden, Gouda, and Haarlem are some of my favourite cities to visit.
Very similar to Canada in many aspects (law, health, etc…) so it felt like home
My Grandfather fought here in WW2 and I thought it would be cool but also a very touching sentiment to visit some of the locations he took pictures of.
Emails being sent left and right almost every day. New paper work to sign, pictures of housing where I may want to live, or just pure excitement.
Most paperwork of importance was in English, and anything that wasn’t – Marloes or Rita was more than happy to help clarify / translate for me.
