3. INTRODUCTION
The student database management system project is basically designed
to reduce the workload of big universities and colleges, it is difficult to
store the data of large number of students, to solve this problem we
are making this student database management software, where we can
easily store the data of students online and anyone in the
administration with working internet can easily access the data
anytime. this software will help to reduce the time and hassle of storing
data, it will make the work of administration very easy.
4. According to our project, we will make a database and a software where
administrations can store their student’s data, there will be different
login id’s for different members, so nobody other than administration
can access the data. The teachers and member of university and college
can enter the data of students by login through their account, it is easy
and fast way of entering data and after that they can access it anytime.
This easy-to-use database system will be focused to reduce the time
spent on administrative task. This system is designed to get rid of
traditional form of data collection and to provide easy fast consistent
and effective service to the user. The system will be developed using
python and database will be built on MySQL all the work that will be
done to make this project will be done very precisely so that the
software can run smoothly in future.

• Student Management system is a management information system for
education establishments to manage student data.
• It provide capabilities for registering students in courses, Admitting students,
tracking student attendance and Submitting students documents and fee
payment online.
• Ensure data integrity, privacy, and security in an open-access environment.

• Unlike traditional applications, It is accessible anytime, anywhere, via a PC
with an Internet connection.
• It need lower requirements on the end user system and simplified
architecture

• We have used PHP , HTML, CSS and JavaScript for making this website.
• For saving the data of students we have used MYSQL database.
• The entire website executes on the Visual studio code.
• To Access the website we can use any type of web browser.
