Having effective communication skills is imperative for your success.
Positive communication will certainly increase the opportunities you
find in your career and business. Having good communication skills
will enable you to get ahead in certain areas where others who are
less assertive may not succeed.
A few things to keep your eyes on while practicing the fine art of
communication are:

Correct body posture minimizes pain
and makes daily activities more
efficient. Long hours at the computer,
muscular imbalances, injuries and even
a bad mattress all contribute to bad
posture. Correct body posture keeps kinks
out of the body's kinetic chain.

   Cleansing, Tonning, and Moisturising are very
    important for face skin to keep soft, healthy and it
    also help skin to breath properly…


   Apply these on face twice a day…
   In the morning and in the night when you are
    about to sleep…
There are 5 types of Skin :
 NORMAL  SKIN
 DRY SKIN
 OILY SKIN
 COMBINATION SKIN
 SENSITIVE SKIN
If you skin belongs to a
normal type, the tissue
will not reveal any traces
of oil. Your skin should
feel vibrant, elastic, and
supple.Normal skin is the
least problematic type.
It looks clean and smooth
and has a good circulation
and healthy complexion.
Even with a minimum
care, it will look good
well into your advanced
age.
If your skin is dry, the paper
will be clean, too, but your
face skin will feel flaky, dry,
and tight after you have
wiped it.
 Dry skin can easily develop
a sallow tone, wrinkles, and
fine pores, and it is very
prone to aging and irritating.
It might still look great on a
young person, but, to keep it
healthy, you should apply
thorough care and use
regular skin or beauty
treatment with natural
masks and moisturizers.
If you have oily skin, the paper
will have spots of facial oil on
it, corresponding to the areas of
your cheeks, nose, and
forehead.Oily skin is
problematic – it usually looks
greasy, thick, coarse, and shiny,
has enlarged pores, and tends
to break into acne.
   A good thing, though, is that
oily skin is not prone much to
aging and wrinkling. Careful
cleaning, minimizing of
carbohydrate consumption, and
avoiding rich creams can be
helpful in improving the quality
of oily skin.
If you skin is combination, like
that of most women, the tissue
will have traces of oil coming
from your nose and forehead,
but will be clean in the areas
that touched your cheeks.
  Combination skin has patches
of both dry and oily skin, and it
requires different types of care
in relation to particular facial
areas.
   Dry zones, which are usually
located on the cheeks and
around the eyes, should be
treated with rich creams and
moisturizers, while oily areas,
usually on the forehead and
nose, will benefit from frequent
and thorough cleaning.
Sensitive skin is usually
very dry, tends to feel
tight, and becomes
inflamed and irritated
easily. Typically, sensitive
skin develops reddish and
scaly areas, can be itchy
and tingly, and is prone to
breaking into spots. It is
the most problematic and
fragile type of skin, which
needs a very special type
of care. To get the right
body products for this skin
type too requires great
research.
My Skin Type is
     COMBINATION SKIN
   I apply cleansing
    milk, tonner and
    moisturizers
    regularly twice a
    day.
   On my dry zone, I
    apply rich creams
    and moisturizers.
   While on oily area,
    I do frequent and
    cleaning.
PRODUCTS………….
   First, I wash fash with cold water in the morning.
   Then I brush my teeth & I take bath.
   After bath I apply Vasiline Body Lotion.
   Before coming to Frankfinn I use amway sunscree.
   After reaching Frankfinn I use Amway Face Wash to clean
    my face.
   I use Oriflame Foundation for base.
   Then I use Amway Losse Powder.
   I use Oriflame eye shadow and blush-on.
   Iuse Amway lipstick .
   I use Amway eye liner, kajal and mascara.
   I use Hair Gel to Set my hair.
   After Make – up I use Translucent Powder of Amway for
    final touch up.
   After returning home I use Make – up Remover and wash
    my face with cold water and face wash.
   Then I rub my face with Tonner to prevent tanning.
I use Body Lotation to my body which helps my
skin breath while I am sleeping.

Once in a week, I apply skin and hair Pack and
bleech once in a month…
Now a days, when our lifestyle is so hectic we are unable to
follow a balance dite. This Balancing dite harms our
health but also hair. The common problem we face
taking in respect to our hair are :

 I apply lemon.
 I apply heena
  twice in a month
  for 1- 2 hours.
 I apply Almond
  oil on my hair.
Fitness Exercises
There are various Physical Fitness Exercises that you can
choose from. You can try Resistance Training to help create a
lean and toned body, Aerobic Exercises to elevate your heart
rate over a sustainable period of time, and Stretching to
extend your limbs and muscles to their full extent. This
section provides you every thing you need to know about the
different Fitness Exercises. Learn about them here
thoroughly, including body weight exercises.
Neck & Shoulder Stretches
It's important to maintain good flexibility on your neck and
muscles since these are where most people accumulate
tension. This section contains instructions on how to stretch
your neck and shoulder muscles properly to avoid
accumulation of tension.

            Chest & Arm Stretches
The chest, like the neck, is also a common area for tension
build-up. Instructions on how to do the Basic Chest and Arm
Stretches that can help prevent muscle tension in the chest
and upper back can be found in this section.
Back Stretches
 The back takes in tension more than any other part of the
 body. It is necessary to stretch the back properly after
 exercise. This section contains instructions on how to do
 the basic back stretches. Read here for more information.




                   Leg Stretches
Another part of your body that you need to stretch is your
legs. Instructions on how to do the basic leg stretches which
target the major leg muscles like the hip flexor (often the
most neglected leg muscle) can be found in this section.
Stretching Sequences
This section will provide you with the suggested sequential
stretches to have a good and relaxing stretch. When your
body becomes accustomed to a particular stretch, you can
increase the duration time of each exercise to lengthen a
particular stretch.
   Brisk Walking

   Neck & Shoulder Stretches
   Chest & Arm Stretches
   Back Stretches
   Leg Stretches
The key to healthy weight gin is to eat grain less
but healthy food. A high fat dite, junk food,
insaturated fat is not recommended.
 The average calorie requirement is approx.1900
calories per day. This means the optimum
amount to help most underweight people gain
weight is about 2400 calories.
About 350 calories equal to 1 pound of
weight want to loss weight will need to
create calories shortage.
  You can, but do this by reducing your
calories intake and increasing your
calorie expenditure.
 My Height is 145 cms.
 My Weight is 37 kg.
 According to height, 42-45 kg.
  weight is required…
 I am underweight about 5-6 kg.
 For gaining weight I follow the dite
  plan which was given by my
  trainer…

If you are hoping to be hired to do
something professional, you should
look like the people that do that job.
Having hired many individuals, I
need someone that not only has the
proper skill set, but represents my
organization in the proper manner.
Every Interviwe has its hintrland, which means the
interviwe questions cover a certain area and no
more… A job for an accountant, a clerk, salesman,
manger and so on…have their area of actions
and effect and a person to face the interviwe has
to make himself uptodate in that respect.
    Common and general knowledge however
concerns everybody & one should be aware of &
acquainteal with the main political , economic &
other headlines, one thing is to be remembered
that never try to dominate or undervalue your
interviewer. Never try to fool them. Some of them
may look old, soggy, & limpid but they are
bitterns in their fields,. The objective should be to
strike a balance. One should neither be over
smart nor over shy or over polite the candate has
to give the impression & that he is ready for
works action & that he is serious & sincere .

  • 13. There are 5 types of Skin :  NORMAL SKIN  DRY SKIN  OILY SKIN  COMBINATION SKIN  SENSITIVE SKIN
  • 14. If you skin belongs to a normal type, the tissue will not reveal any traces of oil. Your skin should feel vibrant, elastic, and supple.Normal skin is the least problematic type. It looks clean and smooth and has a good circulation and healthy complexion. Even with a minimum care, it will look good well into your advanced age.
  • 15. If your skin is dry, the paper will be clean, too, but your face skin will feel flaky, dry, and tight after you have wiped it. Dry skin can easily develop a sallow tone, wrinkles, and fine pores, and it is very prone to aging and irritating. It might still look great on a young person, but, to keep it healthy, you should apply thorough care and use regular skin or beauty treatment with natural masks and moisturizers.

If you have oily skin, the paper will have spots of facial oil on it, corresponding to the areas of your cheeks, nose, and forehead.Oily skin is problematic – it usually looks greasy, thick, coarse, and shiny, has enlarged pores, and tends to break into acne. A good thing, though, is that oily skin is not prone much to aging and wrinkling. Careful cleaning, minimizing of carbohydrate consumption, and avoiding rich creams can be helpful in improving the quality of oily skin.
  • 17. If you skin is combination, like that of most women, the tissue will have traces of oil coming from your nose and forehead, but will be clean in the areas that touched your cheeks. Combination skin has patches of both dry and oily skin, and it requires different types of care in relation to particular facial areas. Dry zones, which are usually located on the cheeks and around the eyes, should be treated with rich creams and moisturizers, while oily areas, usually on the forehead and nose, will benefit from frequent and thorough cleaning.
  • 18. Sensitive skin is usually very dry, tends to feel tight, and becomes inflamed and irritated easily. Typically, sensitive skin develops reddish and scaly areas, can be itchy and tingly, and is prone to breaking into spots. It is the most problematic and fragile type of skin, which needs a very special type of care. To get the right body products for this skin type too requires great research.
  • 19. My Skin Type is COMBINATION SKIN  I apply cleansing milk, tonner and moisturizers regularly twice a day.  On my dry zone, I apply rich creams and moisturizers.  While on oily area, I do frequent and cleaning.
  • 21. First, I wash fash with cold water in the morning.  Then I brush my teeth & I take bath.  After bath I apply Vasiline Body Lotion.  Before coming to Frankfinn I use amway sunscree.  After reaching Frankfinn I use Amway Face Wash to clean my face.  I use Oriflame Foundation for base.  Then I use Amway Losse Powder.  I use Oriflame eye shadow and blush-on.  Iuse Amway lipstick .  I use Amway eye liner, kajal and mascara.  I use Hair Gel to Set my hair.  After Make – up I use Translucent Powder of Amway for final touch up.  After returning home I use Make – up Remover and wash my face with cold water and face wash.  Then I rub my face with Tonner to prevent tanning.
  • 22. I use Body Lotation to my body which helps my skin breath while I am sleeping. Once in a week, I apply skin and hair Pack and bleech once in a month…
  • 23. Now a days, when our lifestyle is so hectic we are unable to follow a balance dite. This Balancing dite harms our health but also hair. The common problem we face taking in respect to our hair are : PROBLEM PREVENTION Dandruff Apply Lemon Hair Fall Apply Almond Oil Itching Medicer or Shampoo Dryness Oil or Curd Exxecive Oil Lemon
  • 24. My Hair Type : DNDRUFF What I do for my hair-  I shampoo my hair.  I appyl serum.  I apply lemon.  I apply heena twice in a month for 1- 2 hours.  I apply Almond oil on my hair.

  • 30. The key to healthy weight gin is to eat grain less but healthy food. A high fat dite, junk food, insaturated fat is not recommended. The average calorie requirement is approx.1900 calories per day. This means the optimum amount to help most underweight people gain weight is about 2400 calories.
  • 31. About 350 calories equal to 1 pound of weight want to loss weight will need to create calories shortage. You can, but do this by reducing your calories intake and increasing your calorie expenditure.

  • 34. If you are hoping to be hired to do something professional, you should look like the people that do that job. Having hired many individuals, I need someone that not only has the proper skill set, but represents my organization in the proper manner.

Every Interviwe has its hintrland, which means the interviwe questions cover a certain area and no more… A job for an accountant, a clerk, salesman, manger and so on…have their area of actions and effect and a person to face the interviwe has to make himself uptodate in that respect. Common and general knowledge however concerns everybody & one should be aware of & acquainteal with the main political , economic & other headlines, one thing is to be remembered that never try to dominate or undervalue your interviewer. Never try to fool them. Some of them may look old, soggy, & limpid but they are bitterns in their fields,. The objective should be to strike a balance. One should neither be over smart nor over shy or over polite the candate has to give the impression & that he is ready for works action & that he is serious & sincere .
