3. What is Mental Health?
World Health Organization :
“ A state of well-being in which the individual realizes
his/her own abilities, can cope with normal stresses
of life and can work productively.’’

4. Every one have mental health
But
uneven diet, unhygienic food , tension ,
depression , environment ( away from nature ,
no walk or exercise ) medical issue, use of drugs
affect it.

5. Effects :

. Laziness
. Disturb personal and social life
. Not good at productive work
. Not in school work
. Becomes negative thinker

6. What is Mental Illness ?
Mental illness is a mental disorder involves
behavioral or distress and impairment of personal
functioning.

Bulling disability
Extreme mental stress
Anxiety / crises

illness because of socio-economic factors like
poverty , costly education , in employment and (
different kind of ) abuse

Mental retardation is a developmental disability
that first appears in children under age of 18 ,
refers to sub average intellectual functioning and
impairment in social adaption.

Due to un even diet, accident and depression
Pakistan have mental health problem , illness and
retardeness. It should be stop by Awareness and
counselling. Social worker are doing so.
