Provide local engineering support to the AT&T National RAN group as well as other AT&T
markets & teams in preparation for special events, projects or performance investigations.
Managed design and optimization teams on the initial UMTS HSDPA launch and 2nd
through 5th carrier launches in subsequent years.
Manage RNC planning for UMTS network for node B and traffic balance
Manage harvest process for UMTS equipment redeployment
Ensure market is in compliance with National Gold Standard as a result of daily ALU RAN

Manage competitive drive test results from third party vendors such as GWS, Neilsen, and
RootMetrics
Support several groups both within the company and externally with the testing of new
products (e.g., pre-release handsets, Node-b’s, Femto-cells, Small Cells, etc.)
Conduct technical workshops to city and county zoning boards to enhance their
knowledge and understanding of the wireless industry from the carrier perspective.
