Supervise, plan, assign, inspect, instruct and coordinate the work of assigned maintenance personnel who
maintain, repair, construct, and renovate building systems, building hardware, to include major projects such as,

maintenance personnel and the contractor. Emergency Respond Team for flooding and roofing concerns.
