6. OTP Bank Romania
• Present on the Romanian banking market for over 12 years, OTP Bank is an universal bank, providing complete
financial solutions to both private individuals and companies.
• OTP Bank Romania has grown organically ever since its entry on the domestic market, while strengthening its
evolution in 2015, following the completion of the integration process of Millennium Bank Romania, in
November 2015.
• Following the integration, the market share of OTP Bank Romania rose to approximately 2% and the newly merged
bank moved up on the 10th
place in the top of most important players in the universal financial services segment in
Romania.
• Following the integration, OTP Bank Romania has extended its team of specialists to over 1100 employees,
registering an increase of 24% compared to the number of employees from the period prior to the acquisition. The
team serves an extended portfolio of customers of more than 505,000 clients, with a 12.5% increase compared to
the portfolio served before the acquisition. Also, the legal entities portfolio has been expanded with 31%,
reaching a total number of more than 25,000 clients.
• OTP Bank's new territorial network includes 100 branches, with 19% more than the bank’s initial territorial network,
while the number of ATMs reaches 144 ATMs, registering a 18% increase.

7. pioneering the market
As member of an innovative group, OTP Bank launched for the first time in Romania the following
products and services:
• The first credit card with a unique transparent design, Visa Clasic Transparent;
• The first credit card co-branded with a gas stations chain: OTP – MOL;
• The first credit card with six interest-free instalments for any product or service purchased
from any merchant, in the country or anywhere abroad – launched in 2013;
• OTP Sincron, an innovative savings and investments package, launched by OTP Bank Romania
and OTP Asset Management Romania, offering multiple possibilities to link term deposits with
investments in one of the investment funds managed by OTP Asset Management Romania.

8. 2015 marked a series of
achievements
OTP Bank Romania, member of OTP Group, completes the integration process of Millennium
Bank Romania, former member of Banco Comercial Português, following a deal worth EUR 39
million. Thus, OTP Bank reaches about 2% market share and ranks in top 10 banks present in
Romania.
OTP Asset Management Romania launched two new investment funds: OTP Global Mix and OTP
Euro Premium Return. The new investment solutions address the investors’ need for diversification
though investment funds with multi-asset class and attractive potential yields, offsetting the risk of
investment within a single-asset class.
700 pupils from 20 schools participated, during the school year 2014-2015, at the financial education
courses supported by OTP Bank, through the „Right to Education” Foundation. The Foundation supports
and promotes a responsible financial attitude among high school students and is supported by both OTP
Group and its local subsidiary, OTP Bank Romania, as well as by the Fáy András Foundation from
Hungary.

18. Right to Education Foundation
• The "Right to Education" Foundation was launched by OTP Bank in 2014 and it benefits from the
experience of more than 20 years of "OTP Fáy András" Foundation in Hungary
• The Foundation offers free trainings on financial education for young people aged between 10
and 18 all over the country. The pedagogical methods used by the Foundation’s trainers are based
on interaction and combined concepts from psychology, communication and marketing, while the
information presented within the training sessions refer to basic economic and financial concepts, in
a language appropriate for the students’ age
• Over 1,000 high school students have so far benefited from the courses provided by the "Right to
Education" Foundation, at national level.
• At the end of 2015, The "Right to Education" Foundation, in partnership with
“OTP Fáy András” Foundation, developed a nationwide research
among students, in the context of Erasmus+
program, within the “Career Programme – Going
beyond borders” project. The research revealed
that 75% of students think it would be helpful
to benefit from consultancy in choosing a
profession.
