My experience in this field has spanned for more than 25 years. I am familiar with hydraulics, pneumatics, tig-welding of
stainless steel, 3 phase wiring, installing electrical wire and conduit, plumbing, and Pipefitting and blueprints. I have
created and updated preventive maintenance forms, updated inventory and parts for all equipment. I am also strongly
familiar with the use of SAP systems.

Maintenance Planner (April, 2014- Present)
List of Current responsibilities as Maintenance Planner/Supervisor.
1. PM schedule and changes in SAP.
2. Adding and removal of equipment in SAP.
3. Close out of completed work orders.
4. Reports upon request.
5. Weekly paperwork packets to be given to Maintenance Supervisors.
6. Creating and using follow-up orders to track the effectiveness of our PM’s.

19. Provide top 3 DT issues broken down to each area of the plant, Done weekly and sent to Production and Maintenance
Managers to be discussed at weekly meeting with all involved.
20. Follow up on M2 Audit issues scheduled, completed and update to Sanitation spreadsheet.
21. Involved in creating all BRC Maintenance documentation, involved in BRC Audit for Maintenance documentation.
22. Creation of BOM’s per equipment in SAP.
23. Part of weekend Maintenance Supervisor coverage rotation.
24. HACCP Certified.
25. Creation of asset equipment numbers and functional locations plant level.
26. Understanding and tracking Budget on a monthly basis.
27. Cross training of maintenance personnel to better utilize skills throughout the plant. (Reduction in Maintenance
Overtime).

29. Weekly reports on maintenance current spend compared to budget.
30. Working with Corporate engineers on capital projects discussing outside contractors, and maintenance personnel
