The turnover was a complete success.  AGI; Re-negotiated Office Supply contract savings of approximately 30%.  AGI; Established service agreements for corporate fax machines, printers and copiers through local vendor that included toner and monthly maintenance as a result, saving the company $10,000.00 annually in maintenance service calls.  AGI; Assisted with development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the following; Production Turnover Checklist, Contract Review, Sample Requests, Standard Forms, Project Management, Financial Transactions, Front Desk Operations, Material Requisitions, Travel Requests, Ordering Contract Documents, Credit Verifications, Ordering Supplies as well as E-Mail and Internet Use.  AGI; Developed complete pre-qualification standards manual utilized for corporate pre- qualifications, bid proposals, EEO reports and Affirmative Action Reports.
