I recently left a position with Coles Supermarkets, where I worked in a variety of
roles over 18 years. I started as a shop assistant, and through a combination of on
the job training and experience, I advanced to a senior in-store management role.
I am currently looking for an opportunity to use my experience in supermarkets in
new and exciting ways in a different industry.
Personal Strengths
 Extensive experience in customer service, with an emphasis on customer
satisfaction and relationship building to encourage repeat business.
 Effective and efficient communicator via various mediums with team members.
 Experience in building strong teams through recruitment, training, and open
and honest communication with team members and leaders.
 The ability to make well reasoned decisions with the information and
resources available in the absence of other instructions and guidelines.
 The ability to prioritise tasks based on importance and deadlines. Being able
