Responsible for establishing the company’s airfreight operations from startup to sustained growth and
business continuity. Direct all on site aspects of the logistics, customer service, and delivery operations.
Ensure routing of top accounts with the highest precision to prevent service failures. Collaborate in all
phases of strategic planning with other members of management team, including logistics, inventory
control, shipping strategies, vendor relations, budget constraints, discrepancy resolution and supply
maintenance. Perform needs-based and situational assessments of policies and procedures to improve
