3. A nation is considered developed if it is developed entrepreneurially. In other
words, the development of the nation is dependent upon the supply of
entrepreneurs in a nation.
Earliest, it was believed that “ENTREPRENEUR ARE BORN NOT
CREATED”. However it has been proved it was merely a myth and not reality.
The outcome of experiment of Dr. David McClelland, a Harvard behavioral
scientist, at Kakinada in Andhra Pradesh during the sixties, otherwise known as
Kakinada experience was a giant leap towards breaking the above myth.

EXAMPLE OF STEEL FABRICATION INDUSTRIES
15. In rural areas, the presence of one major employer with attractive
benefits packages can leave smaller businesses in the area the choice
between losing employees and incurring high benefits expenses.
This principle applies to a wide variety of industries in addition to steel
making.
LABOUR AND MARKET CONDITION :-
16. No industry operates in a vacuum; none is self-sufficient.
As one small fabrication shop maker puts it, “Our shop is independent
in the sense that we make all of our own products . . . but there are
sometimes that we must obtain from other industries.
This would include some ingredients, product labels, containers, and
shipping boxes.
SUPPORT INDUSTRIES :-
17. From the above report it can be inferred that steel industry in India is
very competitive. Due to the competition among the companies,
customers are getting benefits.
The living standard of the human being is improving. Majority of the
customers belong to the ISI category of steel. They are able to use
them.
So that their market share will increase.
CONCLUSION :-
