Highly skilled and qualified quality professional with more than 28 years of
experience with a demonstrated ability to maintain strict tolerance standards on
high-tech measurement equipment.
My experience with Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM’s) has positioned me
as an authority on their programming and operation. CMM’s include: Browne &
Sharpe, Mitutoyo, Mycrona, Nikon, OGP, Cordax and DEA. Utilizing touch and
scan probing, optics and laser. CMM software’s including PCDIMIS, MCOSMOS,
MeasureMax, TUDOR, Keyence IM, GEOMATIC, GEOMEASURE and DOS.
Extensive experience in all forms of GD&T. Additionally, I am an expert at blue
print interpretation, close tolerance, repeatable part measurement, gage
repeatability and reliability and trouble shooting. GR&R studies that reached
“sub-micron” level. I enjoy working with other people and possess the
communication skills to make each interaction a positive experience for everyone
involved.
Proficient with SOLIDWORKS 2014. Completed SOLIDWORKS Essentials course in
late 2012. Proving the “cost-effectiveness” of “off-line” programming CMM’s prior
