2. “ROSQUITOS”

3. SERVER: 4 persons.
COURSE: Dessert ( eat )

4. UTENSILS
-A bowl for the mixtures. -A special machine.
-A whisk.
-A juicer.

5. INGREDIENTS
4 eggs. 175 g of flour. A little of salt.
125 ml of olive oil. One packet of yeast.
180 g of sugar. ½ lemon squeeze.

6. ELABORATION

7. 1ª We beat the eggs and a little salt.
2ª We add the 125 ml of olive oil and we remove again.
3ª Then we give the sugar and we beat again.
4ª Now we pour the lemon juice and remove.
5ª Finally we add the flour and the yeast.
6ª We beat everything very well and it has to be a
spongy mass and let it rest for 30 minutes.

8. 7ª Later, after the 30 minutes, we take a special
machine.
8ª We put the mass in the holes of the machine and
wait until they are done and we continue the mass
finish.
9ª And for finish the dish to
EAT !!!
