Organisational psychologist and OD professional interested in organisation design, development and improvement. I have a Psychology Ph.D and CIPD certificate in the Psychology of Organisational Development and Change.
Over the past 20 years, I have developed a validated measure of organisational energy for change and conducted research, evaluation and training for the European Union and Cambridge University. More recently, I have worked for NHS National Improvement bodies, such as the NHS Institute for Innovation and Improvement, undertaking a wide range of responsibilities from Research Associate to Head of Organisational Development.
