Conflict seems to be increasing around the world. Using examples of everyday Rotarian life, this session will demonstrate how to identify and solve ethical dilemmas using The Four- Way Test. Explore how to foster friendly communication and interaction in and between Rotary clubs.

Bohr, Niels (1885-1962, Nobel laureate): „… if you are not first dismayed at quantum theory you can-
not possibly have understood it”.
Broglie, Louis de (1892-1987; Nobel laureate): „On the day quanta were surreptitiously introduced the com-

meinen Augen ein Missverständnis. Die Diskussion über Evolution versus Kreationismus ist intellektuell er-

gen können. … Mir gefällt die Einsteinsche Position, dass Gott dasjenige Prinzip ist, von dem die Naturgesetze
kommen – wobei ich mir durchaus einen Gott vorstellen kann, der in die Welt noch heute eingreifen kann“.

Ausgehend „von der geistig-seelischen Armut der Menschen, die …. in der Hetze des Alltags keine Zeit mehr
für sich selber finden“ und „ihre geistigen Bedürfnisse verdrängen“, wird an die Einsichtigen appelliert, „die
einander erinnern können, was in uns an Vermögen angelegt ist … Es wartet darauf, wieder geweckt zu wer-
den. „In Kernaussagen aller Weltreligionen und Kulturen … finden wir Versuche, diese Gemeinsamkeiten in
Worte zu fassen.“
