YOUNGER MEMBERS
1. CREATE A CLUB CULTURE OPEN TO WELCOMING YOUNGER MEMBERS.
Is the culture of your club fully ready to welcome younger members?
CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING STRATEGIES:
o Introduce reduced dues for members under age 35
o Createrelationship with a Rotaract club
o Developan active Young Rotary Leader committee
o Designate Happy Hour in your clubor flexible committee meeting times
o Organize hands on service in lieu of one monthly meeting
o Develop a solid social media platform
o Introduce E-Meetings
o Provide on-site Day Care
o Organize Family Friendly Events
