The role of Application Support and Training Consultant/RA Manager sees me responsible for
the Management of the RA function at the Trust. In addition to this the role requires me to have
input into all Department processes and have ownership of a number of them. Reporting to the Head of
IT the role is responsible for the delivery of Applications and all Card based functions to the organisation.

installation, maintenance, upgrades, fault diagnosis and repair. Reporting the team’s performance
against SLAs & OLAs
• Plan the installation and/or upgrade of systems in accordance with the needs of the business.
