Thank you for taking the time to read my profile. I have been a specialist employment lawyer since 2001 and I set up my own firm in 2008. My focus is advising employers to do the right thing in the first place. I am passionate about giving practical, easy to understand advice that allows employers to get on with running their businesses. This makes good HR sense and it helps keep my clients out of the employment tribunal. My firm is different both to the large law firms and also the non-regulated providers of employment/HR advice.
