Managing an independent, very busy, city venue voted the second best
Restaurant / Bar in Bristol by the Venue Magazine. Managing both our busy bar
and the restaurant with maximum of 550 (700 in summer) capacity, taking up to
200 meal covers on a busy day.

as the owner did not want any door staff employed) including opening & locking up,
setting the alarm and monitoring the premises using CCTV, responsible for all
customer service/handling (especially as the bar acts as the front/reception of the
entire building consisting of theatre upstairs and a number of private businesses
and flats). Staff employment & training, all aspects of administration and typing work
